In order to offer support outside of sessions, I have started to record some of the meditations I use. If you have any queries about any of the resources, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Peaceful Place Meditation - This meditation is a short guided meditation to help give you a feeling of peace and calm. Clients often find this is helpful to do either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Once you have established the peaceful place and you have associated the word or phrase to use with it, with practice, you can bring up that feeling of calm simply by using your word or phrase.
